Authorize the County Manager to accept $625,000 in federal funds over the three year grant period under the 2013 COPS Hiring Program. In addition, authorize the County Manager to submit a grant modification request to the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) to reduce the 2013 COPS Hiring Program award to $375,000.
